Want to verify which mobile numbers are on whatsapp

I have home based sms marketing company and i always need active mobile numbers data.
I attached an sample Excel File but it is a only sample file basically i have 333 million mobile
numbers of my country.

My basic need to verify which mobile numbers are on Whatsapp via MS Excel
because each excel file have a million numbers in xlsx format.

I installed Bluestacks in my PC and import 50000 numbers each time.
I extract (Wa.db) from Whatsapp database folder and export wa_contacts as excel sheet.
So i extract those numbers which shows value 1 in (is_whatsapp_user) column.

But it takes too much time to import 50k mobile numbers each time.

If the mobile number not registered on whatsapp so it shows 0 value
if mobile number registered on whatsapp so it shows 1 value
as whatsapp WA.DB doing in WA_Contacts

I am not a developer or not know about languages even beginner in excel but i want to
solve this issue can you please help me out.

I also attached Wa_contacts file in excel format which i extracted from WA.DB
In Wa_contacts mobile numbers showing in Column F and is_whatsapp_user showing in Column C
WA_contacts.csv file just for idea that how whatsapp refine data in his software

My basic need make the command, macro or anything else like that to
show is_whatsapp_user values in my excel sheet as i attached Sample File in column B
as Wa_contacts do in Whatsapp.
