    Actual Receipt Date Vs. Original Receipt Date (Compare & Provide Result)

    Dear Experts,

    Please open the attached Excel Sheet!

    Row Number 4 Contains; 7 Different Receipt Date & Receipt Quantity respectively as per Supplier Lead Time material suppose to be delivered on these days mentioned quantity

    Row Number 8 Contains; 10 Different Receipt Date & Receipt Quantity which is an actual commitment from supplier (Nothing but Actual 7 Firm RECEIPT DATE is been segregated as 10 different Receipt Date & Qty)

    Now, the support I am looking here is,

    In Row 12 against each actual RECEIPT DATE status to be updated automatically like is Actual Receipt Date 1, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 & 10 is as per LT or Not As Per LT.

    For an understanding purpose:-

    As Per LT RECEIPT DATE 1 is 30 Apr 2018 – 5000 Pcs, Actual Receipt Date is 29 Apr 2018 – 4000 Pcs, so status 1 is “As Per LT”

    As Per LT RECEIPT DATE 2 is 12 May 2018 – 9000 Pcs, Actual Receipt Date is 04 May 2018 – 3000 Pcs, so status 2 have to be “Not As Per LT” because RECEIPT DATE 1 we have 1K Pending which is supposed to be received on or before 30 Apr 2018!

    Like wise formula has to calculate cumulative Receipt Date & Quantity against Actual Receipt Date & Quantity and update the Status!

    Looking forward a Formula for the same!

    Although this doesn't use the format in the original attachment, perhaps it will be of some help.
    The table on sheet2 is arranged chronologically with dates, amounts promised and amounts delivered manually input.
    The cumulative LT column is populated using: =SUM(C$2:C2)
    The cumulative ARD (Actual receipt date) column is populated using: =SUM(D$2:D2)
    The Short Fall column is populated using: =IF(F2>=E2,"",E2-F2)
    The As Per LT (or not) column is populated using: =IF(D2="","",IF(ISNUMBER(G1),"Not As Per LT","As Per LT"))
