the obvious solution here is to merge the tables, then no "tricks" with slicers and multiple sources are needed

I did not get you and I cannot merge the data .. and the data in different years has different columns and fields but the common field is " Name of the analyst ".
see attached solution
essentially use one PRIMARY slicer and duplicate to other two slicers of which you can HIDE
i grouped slicer 2 and 3 for easy hiding
Press ALT+F10 to see this
click the eye icon to hide/unhide
your primary slicer must have all the row labels though or else it will be chopped off
ie you cant use 2016 as primary as Mefi Barrera doesnt exist
