Help to improve for sending mail via VBA

Dear all,
I would like your support to improve my file as attached file.
i have 2 file:
1) send mail via excel (OK)
2) send mail via excel (NEED TO IMPROVE): when i added more same code name, something was wrong.
So, please help me improve it with many thanks.
and if i want to change file attach by pdf file in my drive with each code name
(EX: 51B03.pdf, 52B01.pdf...) How do I do?
