    Want to wait to run macro until all info is filled in and agent presses OK

    So I have a sheet called "TSA Request" that I have a message box appear if there is missing info, however it still runs the macros even if they press cancel, I want this sheet to run the marco copy_paste.copy_paste after all the info is filled in and the agent pressed "OK" on the message that tells the agent to please keep the customer on the line. I have attached my workbook for any help - thank you in advance!

    Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;

    The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.

    I want for the agent to press OK and it runs the Copy_Paste.Copy_Paste macro but if they press No to abandon the project all together!? Can you assist me with that?

    Since I can not call any .dll files to open lync properly I have this code:
    Please Login or Register to view this content.
    However sometimes, it does not act right. It will paste the selection into the "Find Someone or a room" in the Microsoft Lync window or it will select the A4 and it will send the "^v" and put that in the cell. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
