For Each Loop Executes code only on Active Sheet

This is my first time using a loop, and I want to use an if statement within it. My code I have made so far only works on the active sheet.

Current Goal: Execute a piece of code with a loop on each sheet if a specified cell isn't blank.
End Goal: Execute a piece of code on sheets 3-11 with a loop IF a specified cell has a value(not including formula that displays "")
