What are the macros? Please show all of the code.
Are all documents blank or only the two workbooks that you used the macros on?

I do not see anything in your macros that could affect accessibility settings or anything else that could cause a file to open blank. I suspect it is a coincidence that this problem started when you created these macros. (By the way these macros look like they are from the macro recorder and have a huge amount of unnecessary code. I can help with that but first things first.)
Could you attach a single example of a workbook that is blank when you open it?
The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. Instead, under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button. On the next screen scroll down and click on Manage Attachments, which will show a pop-up window to Select and Upload a file. Then close the window.
Blank copy when opened. There's a macro I use in the advance tab.
This file is not blank when I open it so there must be some issue in your local configuration rather than something in the file. Also you referred to a macro, but is not a macro-enabled workbook and so there are no macros in the file.
I assume you have completely closed out Excel, and rebooted your machine, and still have the same problem.
One thing I would try is a Microsoft Office Repair. I do not know what your problem is or whether this will fix it, but it can often fix a range of odd problems.
It's reinstalling office. Will that wipe out my macros?
I guess it didnt. It still didn't solve the problem though. Can someone else look at my macro's maybe?
Otherwise, 6stringjazzer wrote "This file is not blank when I open it so there must be some issue in your local configuration rather than something in the file". I could mention this to IT maybe.
