Delete if no match in 3 cells

Looking for a simple macro to check 3 cells o4-q4 against a range H17-J45 for a match.04-q4 will change daily.If ONE number match then don't delete.If the 3 cells don't contain 1 match on o4-q4 then it must be deleted. Rep given for solution. See macro attached.In the workbook the red lines dont have 1 match and must be deleted.It can move up after delete to prevent spaces.
