open userfrom only without excel sheet and when close userform close excel file completey

Dear Expert
i want to do the following
when i open my file it just open userform only without sheet in my file that allow user for add data in userfrom
then
when they try to close userfrom they will close all excel workbook completety
here i find this code but its work good when open file but after i add my data its show all my sheet
