A cell can't be a formula and a constant, so I don't really see what you're trying to do. Which cells do you want to copy?

Here is my data - the cell highlighted in yellow is a formula based.
I know want to copy the filtered data into a new workbook.
How do I do this? because when I used specialcells(xlcelltypevisible) it does not capture the cell with formula

Ok, thank you..... maybe something wrong with the way I am pasting, I want to paste exactly like it shows on the filtered list but it's showing #Value in the cell that contains formula and the yellow highlight is missing......
I assume you are pasting the formula but it doesn't work due to the new location. What is the formula, and do you still need it to be a formula? If not, paste the formats then paste the values.

As a main reminder, no need SpecialCells as Range.Copy method works only with visible cells ! …
