Excel Solver - Multiple By Changing Variables

Hi All,

Attached is a document where I know what I want to do, but have no idea how to get Solver to do it.

For the "Q7)" tab, for example, I need to use Solver to get the minimum value of $I$52 by changing $E$52 (which has a constraint that it equals 282.1) and also $I$52 is less than or equal to 12.

Is someone please able to help me with this? Am I able to rearrange it in some way that will allow me to do this without too much hassle?
