Post Getting My Data into one row.

I'm trying to sort my data for a mail merge but the report it's run doesn't produce the data as expected.

I've attached a spreadsheet with an example of the sheet in its current state and what I need it to look like.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Liam

Re: Getting My Data into one row.

I've just noticed thiat this is the VBA subforum, but just in case it's of use:

    Two array formulae:
    A2:
    =OFFSET(Current!A$2,4*(ROWS($1:1)-1),,4,)&OFFSET(Current!A$3,4*(ROWS($1:1)-1),,4,)&OFFSET(Current!A$4,4*(ROWS($1:1)-1),,4,)&OFFSET(Current!A$5,4*(ROWS($1:1)-1),,4,)

    B2, copied cross and down:
    =IFERROR(0+(OFFSET(Current!B$2,4*(ROWS($1:1)-1),,4,)&OFFSET(Current!B$3,4*(ROWS($1:1)-1),,4,)&OFFSET(Current!B$4,4*(ROWS($1:1)-1),,4,)&OFFSET(Current!B$5,4*(ROWS($1:1)-1),,4,)),"")

Array Formulae are a little different from ordinary formulae in that they MUST be confirmed in the FIRST CELL ONLY by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. After that, the array can be dragged down as normal, to cover the desired range.

You will know the array is active when you see curly brackets { } - or "curly braces" for those of you in the USA, or "flower brackets" for those of you in India - appear around the outside of your formula. If you do not use CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will (almost always) get an error message or an incorrect answer. Press F2 on that cell and try again.

Don't type the curly brackets yourself - it won't work...

Thanks, this was perfect. I ended up using Jindons VBA solution. The Formulas worked but the vba option was simpler to implement
