    Download "Custom UI Editor"

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a Customer UI Editor to Microsoft Office to create own controls in the Ribbon. A download should be available on:

    But "http://openxmldeveloper.org", seems to be closed. Anyone know where to find download of the editor?
