I知 hoping someone can help me automate this process. I currently need to book each Type of Contribution listed as mandatory (column G) to column R after a certain amount has been paid in each year by referring to column P. E.g. Total payments valued greater than 6000 for the year 2000 should be listed as voluntary in column R. I have manually added all payments from the beginning of 2000 and booked any contributions over 6000 in column R. Is there a formula or macro that help automate this process? You値l notice that cells R5 to R9 are blank as the payments fell within the 6000 cap.
Also, please note the cap of 6000 changes to 8700 in 2017.
