Have a look at the attached workbook and amend the value in G2 and then H2

Features
Lists are held in single column Excel Tables
Add a value at the foot of each table and it is automatically included in the table
Named ranges refer to those tables - makes them "dynamic"
Dropdowns refer to the named ranges
Change in G2 value triggers
- clearing of value in H2
- H2 becoming active cell
- dropdown list instantly available
