Require Password to Save

Hello Excel gurus,

I have a file, Workbook1.xlsx, it's a report file with Pivot table filters. I would like an Excel Macro which will prevent to save (Ctrl+S, Save Button) the file by default and ONLY require Password to save it. They should be able to do Save As.

Hello, I use the file mostly and work on it. (I should be able to read, write, save with passord), others only read and no save. I can't make a file read-only as I need to write constantly there and save.
