    Update button needed

Have an accounts payable spread sheet that needs to be updated each time a draw is made against the contract.
I have attached a copy of the sheet - along with the updates needed.
    Note - The True columns (A - B - C - D ) are shown at the top and bottom.
Also, being a novice, will need guidance on how to install the macro.

Note - If you look back at earlier posts of mine please disregard post on this subject. I stated to get help but came down so ill doctor said hospice was around the corner if I did not improve soon. Needless to say - I improved - but just now starting to get back on track.
    Thanks for your help!!

    Re: Update button needed

Not sure I'm going to have the time to help you, but for anyone else who can help we'd need a little more info and clarification.

    1) Does the Blank master form exist in one sheet of a workbook, and you want a copy on another tab of the same workbook with all the changes you detail in your example?
    2) When the above happens do you want Master to be reset to blank (but with all formulas still existing) or is Master the one you want changed?
    3) You mentioned "each time a draw is made", so there will be multiple changes. Do you want a copy of each draw result?
Example: Draw is made today, user updates Master with new data. Once complete, hits "Update Button", Master is copied to new tab which is given the name "Draw 02202018" and all the changes you detailed are made to that tab.

The more you can explain what you want the more other users will be willing to help. And as an FYI, "Update Button Needed" is NOT very descriptive of what you want. For instance, if I want my swimming pool to have underwater flood lights and I want overhead indirect lighting for the whole patio, all to turn on at the flip of a switch, it would be specious of me in my request for bid to describe the project as "lightswitch needed".
    I know I'm not stupid, but I suspect I'm a lot stupider than I think I am
