I have been searching and searching for a formula and macro that will derive the distance between two latitude longitude points.
My data is in the following format:
Origin LAT Origin LONG Destination LAT Destination LONG KM
18.60738 73.77184 18.77393 73.83091
18.50267 73.84494 18.77393 73.83091
I Have attached file.
If anyone can help me out with this I sure would appreciate it. I've already wasted hours trying to figure this out.

Avoid using Select, Selection and Activate in your code. Use With ... End With instead.

Using your worksheet, the Great Circle distance (using a spheroid model) can be calculated by:
=ACOS(SIN(RADIANS(A2))*SIN(RADIANS(C2))+COS(RADIANS(A2))*COS(RADIANS(C2))*COS(RADIANS(B2-D2)))*6367.465
and copied down as far as needed.
