Macro button should be move while scrolling the document

you can see in attached file YELLOW & BLUE is macro button, suppose i am in row 1921 then macro button also be visible so i can click on that it means where
i go in document the macro button should not be disappear

After scrolling, just select 1 cell in new row
this code, NOT in module, but in Worksheet__SelectionChange
