Macro or Code to find a replace?

I run many reports each day and I spend a lot of time finding and replacing the data to fit our needs. Attached is an example of the before and after results I am looking at in each and every report. Is there a way I can create my report and at the end run code or a macro to find and replace the VIP & Agency columns without having to manually do it over and over? Please note that the data is forever changing and I will need to update the 'master' data from time to time.

You'll have to extend (Add to) the arrays in the "Agency" code. Clean (delete commas and periods) in Column D. Do not leave trailing spaces when doing that.

BTW, if you have a sheet with the long names in column A and the abbreviations in column B, you don't have to change the code every time you get a new name.
Code assumes that you have headers in Sheet1, columns A and B
