automatically save downloaded file

Hello guys,
I have one problem, i need to save webpage which i am calling by using webbrowser in excel ... i think more comfortable will be to add attachment everything is there, is any possibility to save it somehow without my interaction whatsoever? e.g. save it automatically into folder "c:\saved" and name is e.g. "file01"
