I know I've done this before, but I just can't seem to get it right.
Sheet 1, Col B contains text. I want to hyperlink to the identical text in sheet3, Col A if it exists.
The sheets are named if that makes a difference.

It means you want a macro to prepare hyperlink in Sheet1 column B in connection with Sheet3 column A ??

Yes, I should have been more clear. I want a macro to create the hyperlinks which I can run anytime I add more data.

Almost got it. The Sheet names are "MAIN" and "RECIPIENTS"
I don't know what is causing the compile error.

It is very simple .. restart from the original code and adjust constants to your need
