    Reference to another worksheet in formula

    Hi all,

    I have an issue with a formula: 
    cell.FormulaR1C1 = "=" & Sheets("master_data").Name & "!A3"
    This prints =master_data!'A3', I don't know why it adds the ' and obviously the fomula does not work.

    Any ideas ?
