    How to use StrConv function properly?

    Hello everyone, I've seen a few videos and read multiple articles on using the StrConv function but I can't seem to get it to work. I basically want to convert columns D:E to capitalize the first letter in each word with:

    I'm sure I misunderstood something (obviously) but can't seem to see where. Any ideas? clues? hints?

    Thank you Kev i figured there must be more ways to get this to work but the strConv function is what would always came up.

    The code works great, what if my ranges are "D:E" and "Z:Z"? I tried this:

    but an error was returned "Type Mismatch" even tried:
