Copying values into empty cells below

I have a student report that, when generated, gives several rows of data for each student, but only displays that student's ID number in the first row of their data. Consequently, there are several rows of data for each student without their ID number attached. Additionally, the number of rows for each student varies (i.e. one student may have as few as 5 lines of data while another may have as many as 7 or 8). Is there a way to create a macro that would have the student's ID number copy into each of the empty cells next to their lines of data when run? The attached file has 3 made-up students and some additional data; the actual report I am working with has several thousand students on it.
