Plot Data from 1 sheet to another

Hello guys need your assistance badly on this on how i can auto plot the data from one sheet to another
I have a VBA code on the module portion of the VBA but it seems that it is not working. See below VBA.

My apologies for not following the forum rules already edited my first post.

Column C names on Cycle_x sheets will never match column A names in Leave sheet.
The line: If mWs.Cells(rowctr2, 1).Value = Sheets("Leave_Raw").Cells(rowctr, 3).Value Then..., will always return FALSE.

WARNING: you seem to have posted actual names and e-mails in the wb, which is not allowed.
