excel bulk data modification

Hi folks,
i was looking for some data manipulation expert help here.



So, here i have some data in column B, and column C.
Data from column c need certain modification based on column B data, which i think can do done in following mentioned way to achieve required output.

1> Find .(dot) from left and remove everything before that, including dot(.).
2> Take data from 2nd column if not matched delete it till its finds a percentage symbol(%)
3> among the left out data, check with highest percentage, and print that as output into next column.


I hope i have explained my work properly. Any help with be really appreciated and valuable.
