Excel Query Tools - Record pull Value

So I'm relatively new to Excel Query Tools, I'm using it to pull in some office 365 email data. In particular the "sender" field shows as a "Record", what I want to do it have that field drill in to the table and display the Senders Name in the main table. Any insight would be helpful.

You can just click on icon at top right of the column and expand it.
