Should the duplicates be removed from both lists? I am confused by your request. Please clarify with examples of what you want done. It may be clear to you, but I am not understanding what you want.

I am still confused. In the result column, there are single names when the name is in both columns. There are duplicate names when they are in both columns. You need to be more specific about your criteria. I do not see a clear case of what is in Column C and why.
Thanks for quick reply
I want to create other listing which is in column C. The list of names that are not duplicated from 2014-2015.
Scenario.
if name1 are there in 2014 list but not in 2015 it should be added in output
if name2 are there in 2015 list but not in 2014 it should be added in output
if name3 are both in list 2014-2015 should be added in output.(means if duplicated from 2014-2015 it will add only one name3 to the output)
or
Macro that will remove all the duplicate names from list of one column and the output will be in other column.
thanks for helping
