Listbox

Hello All,
I have a problem resolving this issue.
In the userform, I have a listbox which I named it Reg6. When I selected the items from the Reg6 they get highlighted but when I tab it down to the next textbox from the userform the highlighted item disappear. How can I let it stay in it until I click completed the form.

Let say there are item in the Reg6 A,B,C,D,E and F then when I selected B, D and E it should be highlighted and when I press the tab key it should stay the highlighted item.
