Store value for aim as an array

Hello Folks,

I have a excel file that scrapes data from PCOMM then transposes that data into a hidden sheet, that stores the scrapped values. The values include one column with peoples names,the second column is account numbers used in relation to the individual that is unique.

i am looking to speed up my macro as well as not have to relay on a spreadsheet to capture data.

the data will be used to show a two column list box, allowing the user to select a single value to then interact with.

Any ideas?
