    Fill a different cell, evertime I click on a button

    Hi, I'm trying to build an habit tracker and I need some help.
    I want to fill an entry using a button. If I press up a cell get '1' if I press down '-1'. This is easily doable, but this isn't what I want. Instead I want to fill the next cell everytime I hit a button.
