Macro to change vertical column to a horizontal column

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to make a macro that would change data in vertical column and place that data into a horizontal column on another page.

I have attached the workbook. In this workbook I have two sheets one is called "Vertical List" the other is "Converted List"

What I'm trying to accomplish is when I place data into "Vertical List" I need a macro that will take that data and place it in the "Converted List" horizontally, while at the same time remove any duplicate companies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
