    Delete Unnecessary Data and Remove Blank Rows

    Hello,

    I am trying to see if there is an easier way for me to remove data across all worksheets instead of having to delete it manually from each sheet. I have attached a spreadsheet that I use as a template. What I would like to do and to reference my workbook is let's say that there were only 29 players that played this year. What I would like to do is keep the information for the 29 players that played but remove all data from Players 30 through 75 (as it shows in my template) and also delete the blank rows that come with this as well. I would also like to use this as well and change the condition based on the number of players that play in a particular season. I would appreciate any help with this.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi kingsdime29x

    You are gonna have to be more specific...
    Your upload does not show what the criteria is one needs to look at in order to see who has played and who has not.
    What sheets have to be checked...What is classified as blank rows...Do the Headers have to be kept...

    In order for someone to assist you might consider uploading a sample that has a actual scenario to work with.

    Hi,

    Instead of creating multiple sheets, why don't you create a data table and run pivot table for desired output (something like attached file)?

    Whenever you will update the data table, it will be updated in Pivot table by refreshing it.

    Hope this will help.

    Regards
    Arun

    @Arunsjain - sorry for off-topic interjection:

    Although there is no official rule regarding this behaviour, we request that wherever possible both the question AND the answer be provided in substantive detail here within the thread. An attached workbook is an excellent aid for posing a question and offering a solution, but solely doing that with no in thread explanation makes it difficult for researchers to understand or consider the Q & A of this thread without downloading what may be a pointless doc to them, if they can do that at all. Doing that also hides the content from search engines so others may never benefit from this.

    I'm sure you understand, and we look forward to seeing you post your formulas/macros in your posts for the searching benefit of all.

    Thanks again for all your hard work here!
