Data extraction

Hi!

I hope someone could help me with the following.
I have a lot of several page excels from which I'm supposed to extract certain data into another excel. Is there a more efficient way to do this instead of me taking out data from each individual excel? An important note is that those excels have similar type data within but not exactly the same. Also, if yes then does the data from all excel files gets gathered into one excel or one original excel to one created excel?

P.s. If I'm in the wrong thread, do tell me..
