highlight values which difference is not grater than 2

in the attached file compare values of column A with column B and if in that value
difference is not grater than 2 then highlight that value
for example you can see in the file value in column A 12533.58 and value in column B 12535.36
between both values difference is not grater than 2 so that value is highlighted
in yellow colour or any colour, but compare only values of column A with column B,
dont compare if value 12533.58 & 12535.36 these both value if in column A
