Extract Excel info in a .csv file.

    Hi,

A few years ago, I have created a visualization tool in Excel to help me find which keyboard shortcuts are still available on my system.
It is a very basic file. No VBA or programming involved.

With this file, if I want to know, for example, if the keyboard shortcut "Cmd+I" is still available in Excel, I just have to go to the sheet name "Cmd+X" (where all the keyboard shortcuts combinations with the key "Cmd" are listed), look at the first line of the sheet (where all my applications are listed), find the column with "Excel", then go down to the line of the key of the keyboard shortcut (here the line "I").

If the cell is empty, the keyboard shortcut is still available.
If the cell is not empty, the keyboard shortcut is not available.

For every cell of an already taken keyboard shortcut, I added a comment explaining what this keyboard shortcut is about.

I used conditional formatting to separate built-in keyboard shortcuts from keyboard shortcuts I defined myself.
Built-in keyboard shortcuts appear in yellow (I added the value "1" in the cell)
Keyboard shortcuts I defined myself appear in green (I added the value "2" in the cell)

For example, in cell "H38". The keyboard shortcut is not available as it is an Excel built-in keyboard shortcut. So, I added "1" in the cell and the comment "Format - Italic".

I attached a picture so it will be easier to understand. I would be glad to answer to any of your questions.

What I want to do is extract the information I have in the document to be able to display it in a different way.
For any cell of a taken keyboard shortcut (cell with the value "1" or "2"), I would like to be able to have the information displayed as ("application name", "name of the key of the keyboard shortcut", "comment").

    In other words:

"Value of the first line of the column of the taken keyboard shortcut","value of the first cell of the line of the taken keyboard shortcut", "comment of the cell of the taken keyboard shortcut ".

For my example, I would get, in a .csv or a .txt file:
    Excel, I ,"Format - Italic".

If I save my sheet named "Cmd+X" as a .csv file I can't save the comments.

Do you think it is technically possible?

    Thank you.
