VBA to search for data using user form

Thank you taking the time to look

I am new to VBA, but have managed to create a user form to add data to a spread sheet, I was trying to work out a code for searching my spread sheet for an entry and to display the details on my user form to allow updates, but am just getting confused.

I have a text box (txttag)which has UN-duplicated Tag numbers which I would like to use to populate the user form if possible. (excel file attached)
