Help with copying one row to another on same worksheet

    Greetings everyone,

I am having issues that i hope you can help me with. I have a copy of the first page of a Worksheet which has search functionality and works great. On the copy that i submitted on this blog, however, the search does not work. This is not a problem. The problem i am having is i would like to implement a way to click on a form checkbox (located at F12:F456) and have the text contents of said row to be copied to G6:K6. I have included a macro that i currently have working on two other sheets in my Workbook that perhaps you can retrofit for this problem. Feel free to change it up or discard it as you see fit. No matter what i try, I cannot get the code to work. When this project is finished, there should be a checkbox in each row starting at F12:F456. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer me. It will be greatly appreciated!

    There is no file attached.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Sorry for the delay. Looks like the original file size is too large to upload. here is a bare bones example to work with.
