Purchase order Macro

Hi Guys

I have a purchase order ( see attached ) that i would really like to automate.

When i click the macro button at the bottom
i would like the purchase order sheet to save as PDF to this location - C:\Users\ST\Glazing Team Folder\Purchase orders

I would also like the sheet to generate the po number, company, date, description into the sheet "purchase order numbers" so it gives me a brief description of where they have gone

and lastly one macro has been clicked is it possible to then give it the next number ready for the next time and then save and close?

any help would be gratefully received

Works fine my side...Are you using the file you uploaded?
Is it pop up that just says "400" in it with a red circle that has a white "X" through it?

Edited....Your previous post mentioned something about a error 400???

that is fabulous
if i could change one thing i would like to change how it saves the filename and not sure how to do this

i would like it to save as "PO" then the number then the supplier

rather than

POName = .Range("B16") & "-" & .Range("K12")

which is suppler and just the number on its own

resolved that Sintek as i had changed the destination folder and needed to update that in the code
