two tab post codes match

Hello Experts,

I have 2 tabs firs one is data and second is post codes, post code are two type 1st one is available on data file but 2nd is not available, I want to match data tab post code with post code tab and I need there specific 2nd post codes, please check the examples in screenshots and also you can check excel file.
