Nothing is more frustrating than to be working on homework and to get stuck. Without guidance, you might have no hope of finishing the assignment before the deadline. The Internet can be a big help in that respect, but without learning how to get the right answer, asking others to solve your homework questions for you simply becomes a downward spiral (and it's cheating).
We do not want to contribute to you cheating yourself out of your education, but we also acknowledge that seeking assistance to learn a concept is a legitimate request.
If you are genuinely interested in receiving help in the form of tutoring or coaching, then please rephrase the title of your original post to clearly indicate you are seeking coaching or tutoring help. Any forum members (who are willing to assist as a tutor) will modify their responses accordingly to facilitate your learning. Tutors don't tell you the answers, they help you figure it out for yourself; so don't expect answers, expect suggestions, or just plain hints. Also, be specific in describing the function/formula or technique you trying to learn, and tell us what you have attempted so far. Otherwise, expect your plea for homework answers to be ignored.

Actually its no homework, its from my office and i am stuck .New job you see.
I plan to join classes for excel and use this forum as means for learning other stuff.
But this is where i am really in need today, wish someone could help
It does not matter whether it is a homework task or a work task, in fact it is all the more worrying that you are asking us to do a work task for you. Sorry, but you need to demonstrate that you have at least tried to do it yourself. We are NOT going to do your job for you.
But dear i cant try it as i dont know anything for excel . I worked in word, ppt so far
Then you are in the wrong job - why would your employer assign such a task to someone they know can't do it? Very odd.
Changed my job and he doesnt know about my excel experience and lack of staff here.

This is an knowledge test for a very large outsourcing/training company.

Then you must tell him. Even if someone provides an answer for you, you are not going to be able to use it going forward, as you won't understand it, and then you will have to be constantly coming back here for more help. That's not the way to do your job, and we are not here to do your job for you. If you have got the job by saying that you can use Excel, then you have deceived your employer. I am sorry, but it would not be right at all, in all conscience, to give you a solution in these circumstances. Sorry.... he doesn't know about my excel experience ...
