I'm currently using MS Excel 2010 and our Department will upgrade our OS to Windows 10 and will be using MS Excel 2016, My question is, I'm using a VBA tool using Excel 2010 is there any incompatibility issue once our Windows and Office upgrade?

We've just had this migration too.
We haven't encountered any vba (and there's a lot) no longer working in Excel 2016. So that should be fine.
However, we did notice that Excel 2016 uses more memory and had to upgrade quite some older laptops.
Also note that our migration was solely an Office migration. OS is still Win7.
