Stock advisory based on three variables; urgent, advice, not needed

I think its quite simple when you know which formulas to use, im not too sure.

I have three columns, minimum stock, maximum stock, actual stock.

If Actual Stock is SAME or SMALLER than Minimum Stock; it should say Urgent
If Actual Stock is LOWER than Maximum Stock but GREATER than Minimum Stock it should say; Advice
If Actual Stock is SAME or GREATER than Maximum Stock; it should say Not needed.

If you require more columns to show True and False, and then in a third column have it say urgent, advice, or not needed, based on true;true, true;false, false;false, i will accept that as well.
(That what i almost had functioning.)

You can achieve this with a nested IF statement, no need for VBA
