    Find certain Text in a column then move those cells back 1 column

    Hi Need help again, I certainly appreciate all help rendered

    I have csv file that gets data out of wack ocassionly
    in essence in column L I wish to search for certain text like "D & T Wells"
    once found then move all cells L to X back one column to K column
    An Array would be good as the text may hold more than "D & T Wells"
