macro to copy specifc sheet in closed workbook to the active sheet

I have a file with three sheets found on C:\Users\user\Desktop\CSV FORMAT\csv format sample.xlsx

Need to copy a specific sheet named "CSV FORMAT SAMPLE" sheet to the active open workbook, paste that sheet in last position .

But the issue that file C:\Users\user\Desktop\CSV FORMAT\csv format sample.xlsx should remain close.

so far as I know you can only copy a whole sheet if the source file is open. However, it is possible to create formulas linking to particular cells in an unopened file and then convert these to values. This macro creates a new sheet in the active workbook, gives it the same name as your source sheet, then copies the values of each cell in a specified range in your source sheet into the new sheet.
