Macro to insert / copy a specified number of Rows

Dear All,

please have a look at this workbook.

A macro should copy Rows 3 thru 11 a specified number of times. Ideally with a message box : " how many times would you like to copy the rows ? "

The macro then copies Row 3 n-times, Row 4 n-times and so on
