Excel 2003 vba search sheet for all matching values

Hey again, plz can someone help, using excel 2003 userform, i want to search for all matching values using textbox1 as search string and filter all results (the whole row) to a listbox, then i want to be able to edit the data of the selected item in the listbox and save it to the sheet. i have added a example sheet. Thanks

I had to change your Userform quite a lot to make it useful.

Have a play.

You may need to modify the way the userform reads dates.

Thanks for the help, i should be able to use this to get the job done, coloum A on the sheet was not really used for anything it was just random generated on form load and then that was used to search and edit that row, just a way i was using to find the correct row as there is multiple matching names. thanks again.
