I've made a simple sheet to track my daily activities.
As you can see from the document attached, my timeline go from 9 AM to 2 AM. Ideally I'l like to draw a border every 30 minutes as the time changes.
See the sheet in order to understand better.
Obv I have no clue how to do it, even if I used the forum search feature.

I think you mean that you want the border to show what time it is at any moment. To make this easier I updated AU5 to be 0 (instead of the text "00") and then used custom formatting to make it display as 00.
I'm not sure which side of the block you want the dotted line to fall on. In this solution, the dotted line falls to the right of the block for the current time.
