Real time timer

Hi,

I found this file online which is similar to what I really need AND I GIVE THE CREDIT TO THE PERSON WHO MADE THIS. I do apologize I'm no longer able to check which forum I got it from.

By the way, I need help with this. I'm trying to turn this into a userform instead however due to confusion which or where should I put it I'm not able to do it.
Please help me out.
